Our mission is to provide our customers with the best services in repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls of Danieli equipment and that of other suppliers. We guarantee the installation of original manufacturer (OEM) parts or those produced in-house, leveraging our unrivaled knowledge of the equipment and its operational functionality.
In keeping with this mission and in response to numerous customer requests, Danieli decided to open its own Service Center in Brazil. This center offers OEM-quality repairs, parts, and services, using the manufacturer's knowledge and technology that were previously unavailable to our customers in Brasil. Its location in Votorantim-SP is strategically close to the country's main highways, providing logistical versatility and better customer service.
We have a highly experienced team, with an average of 10 years at Danieli and more than 25 years in the steel industry. With over 100 years of combined experience in plant maintenance and operations worldwide, our employees know how to operate in safe and healthy environments, delivering high-quality products on time. Our engineers and technicians have the expertise to offer top-quality repair services and continuously seek technological updates that allow our customers to save time and money.
Our Service Center is designed to repair and service most of the Danieli and other suppliers' equipment installed in our foundries, continuous casting machines, and rolling mills, including rolling stands, shears, straighteners, oscillators, mandrels, and gearboxes.
Additionally, the Service Center has an area dedicated to training our customers in maintenance and operating practices.
